What's your typical work day look like?
Everyday is different! I have a certain caseload of students on Individualized Education Plan (IEP) that need mental health services. So each day I have schedule certain students to work on goals, but I am also always on-call for different emergencies that happen throughout the day.

What's the best thing about your job?
I work with some of the kindest, best, hard working people that love our students more than anything.

What's the worst thing about your job?
Paperwork!! Working with students with IEPs require a lot of paperwork because they are legal documents.
