You have a planning period where you prepare for your classes, grade, and answer emails. This planning period is not usually long enough to do everything you need to do. Starts at the computer, checking and replying to emails. I check my schedule to see what appointments I have on and if there is anything, I need to prepare for those then I schedule that into my day. I prepare my ‘to do’ list (usually the items that are the highest priority or the must do today items).
